Psychological Health
in the Workplace

As part of running a successful business or organisation, you may need an assessment of the current psychological state and level of functioning of yourself or an employee. I can offer psychological health in the workplace reports, and develop an individualised plan to help the return to optimal wellbeing and performance. I can offer a range of workplace services, whether you or your employees work from home, work hub, office or any other location.

If needed, I can provide a detailed report focusing on abilities to carry out particular occupational duties. Areas I can cover include: Personal and Family History, Treatment History, History of Present Problems as recalled by individual, Employment History, Current Symptoms, Psychological Formulation and Opinion, Prognosis and Treatment Recommendations. Or, you may require a briefer report that addresses the current psychological needs, treatment recommendations and any relevant workplace adjustments.

Instructions for reports are taken from Individuals, Insurance Companies or requested by Occupational Health professionals.

Maintaining and optimising workplace health with bespoke workshops and talks can also be beneficial at all levels of an organisation. I would be happy to talk with you about this option.
