As humans we are made up of both mind and body; one complimenting the other. In our busy lives it is easy to focus on one more than the other, resulting in an imbalance. We know our bodies need good quality rest, nourishment and exercise to keep them in good condition and working at their best, but so do our minds. 

 

Keeping ourselves mentally stimulated by learning new things or trying something different helps keep the mind healthy and active. For our bodies there are a whole range of nourishing food options and varied forms of exercise. 

 

Tip:

Try every day to do something,  large or small which stimulates your mind and body. After a week review the difference(s) you notice in yourself as a result.
